Core tier

Core packages are distributed under the MIT License.

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy
of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal
in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights
to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell
copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is
furnished to do so.

Pro tier (current phase)

Pro access is governed by a commercial license with reserved rights, single-developer seat limits in this phase, and no sublicensing. The Pro tier encompasses the scored SPARC galaxy atlas workbook, proprietary commercial deployment rights, high-performance simulation binaries, Phase 2 engineering blueprints, and 3D Vector Graphics & CAD Assets. SPARC Table 1 remains the public table of Lelli, McGaugh & Schombert 2016. The core engine, including the formulas the atlas calls, stays MIT.
